A number of our customers have contacted us advising us that the have been
approached by a company either directly or by phone, ‘claiming’ to
be Ledger Mobility, or claiming to work on our behalf.
Ledger Mobility DO NOT sub-contract work out to any other company.
One of our customers received a service from a company claiming to be Ledger
Mobility, and paid the man cash. Only later she noticed the invoice said ‘British
Mobility’ on it, and it had no contact address on it for them. Suspicious
she phoned our office, only to be told the bad news she had been misled by
this company into thinking it was Ledger Mobility.
Remember! Most Ledger customers have FREE Servicing.
Follow these simple instructions….
1. All our engineers have uniforms and I.D badges, Ask to see it.
2. We never just ‘turn up’ without an appointment.
3. All our vehicles are sign written ‘Ledger Mobility’ not blank
vans.
4. All our paperwork has our name address and contact phone numbers.
5. If you receive a ‘service call’ but are unsure-Phone us to
